What's In A Name?

Names have meaning. Regardless if the name belongs to a person, product, or business. Many parents choose names with careful consideration and thought of speaking into their child's lives. A name represents  identity and the individuality of the person, place, or business. With careful consideration, GIMO was born, and in its conception, there is a wealth of meaning behind the name. 

As GIMO is unashamedly a business with a Christian foundation, the idea for GIMO initially began as GIMO's Executive Director desired a business name that glorified the Lord AND provided client insight to concepts the company will target. 

GIMO is an acronym that contains two-fold meaning. First, its biblical meaning. "Elizabeth" translated means God Is My Oath.  Our name also yield client insight to what GIMO promotes. We promote the following:

GIMO's offers a FREE 30 minute consultation to determine how we can best meet your academic needs for your school district, school, or family. During the consultation, GIMO will review our services that will best fit your Exceptional Children's program or student needs.

A school consultation includes a full or partial audit review of the Exceptional Children's program and services. This includes electronic and physical student files, billing etc. 

A private consultation determines the educational needs of the individual student with disability. A private consultation reviews parental concerns, school records, disability classifications etc. 

GIMO is unique as this company offers both educational services and consulting services for schools and educational groups. Special Education Consultants offer their knowledge and expertise to partner with schools to ensure a fully functioning Exceptional Children's program that include services that are mandated by federal and state laws.  GIMO offers specialized services in both consultation and educational services.
